At Dr Trilby Escape Rooms, we want you to have fun and enjoy every moment of your adventure, safe in the knowledge that we take your safety, privacy and wellbeing seriously. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we look after you and your data during your visit.

GDPR (Data Protection)
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you share with us, whether through bookings, enquiries or our website, is handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Fire Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Dr Trilby Escape Rooms complies with all current fire safety regulations, with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and clearly marked emergency exits and emergency lighting in every room. We carry out regular safety checks across the premises. Our game hosts are trained in emergency procedures and will always be on hand should you need assistance.

Insurance
We are fully insured, giving you complete peace of mind while you enjoy our rooms. Our public liability insurance covers all guests taking part in our experiences.

Alcohol Licencing
Our cocktail bar is fully licensed to serve alcoholic (and non-alcoholic drinks). We are committed to responsible service and adhere strictly to all licensing laws, including ID checks where appropriate (we operate ‘Challenge 25’). Please drink responsibly and note that intoxicated guests may be refused entry to game rooms for their own safety and enjoyment (see the ‘FAQ’s’ tab for more information on this).

Health and Safety
We want your visit to be as safe as it is fun. All our rooms and equipment are regularly inspected to ensure they meet current health and safety standards. Thorough Risk Assessments have been carried out in regard to each game room, plus other public areas. Our game hosts are fully briefed on safety procedures and will guide you through any important information before your game begins.

First Aid
Our team includes trained first aiders, and fully stocked first aid kits are available on-site at all times. Should anything unexpected happen during your visit, our staff are ready to respond quickly and appropriately to keep you safe.
