Zone 13: The Zombie Trap

Year: 1961

On the large briefing room map, you notice that the incidents are clustered in your area of responsibility – Zone 13. Contact has been lost with Delta Team who were tasked this morning with probing confused but disturbing reports from locals who alerted the authorities, and in turn your Commander

You have been sent on patrol to a small military outpost: their last confirmed location. Your mission is to report any unusual activity in the area, and on arrival, to conduct a rapid investigation: you’ve been given one hour. Trepidation grips your team as you prepare to open the door, something feels very wrong..

Meltdown: A Nuclear Nightmare

Year: 1962

The wailing sirens confirm your worst fears – an explosion at the power station. Contact with the control room has been lost, and unless you and your team of engineers succeed, a nuclear disaster is certain. Anxiety washes over you as you visualise the scene inside. Even if your colleagues managed to don their NBC suits and respirators, the fast release of radiation would have immediately attacked their skin and organs, making survival unlikely.

The breach has been sealed and the control room deemed safe to enter, as long as exposure is limited to just one hour. Your key task is to get power back to the control boards, and remove the contaminated debris and fluids. This will create a small chance of avoiding meltdown. The country holds it’s breath..

Murder Case: The Accused

Year: 1963

How did I end up here? Locked behind a heavy cell door in a small, local Police Station having been arrested on suspicion of murder. Agitated, terrified, overwhelmed. You bring yourself to your senses. The gravity of your predicament becomes clear; you need to prove your innocence, or escape! The alternative? A trial, and in all likelihood, the death penalty.

Thankfully you are not alone; a group of your friends have located you and have been granted just one hour visiting rights. As they are ushered through the station and to the sergeant’s office, an emergency call comes through, the officer departs, and you sense an opportunity..

Features of this Escape Room:

  • Includes prison and confinement themes which may not be suitable for some players.

  • Has areas with dim lighting and enclosed spaces.

  • Requires some crawling, bending and reaching for hidden clues.

This escape room is designed for players who love cracking cases and problem solving. You will encounter hidden compartments, clever escape tricks and some tricky puzzles requiring a sharp mind.

Jo-Jo’s Jungle Rescue

Year 1964:

Deep in the heart of the jungle, poachers are at work stalking magnificent beasts to ship to wealthy zoo owners. A mighty gorilla has been captured and locked in a hidden compound. You and your team have successfully located Jo-Jo but this is just the start of your challenge.

As soon as you enter the enclosure Jo-Jo becomes calm and recognises that you’ve come to the rescue. Can you find a safe exit, and also supply enough fruit to boost the huge silverback’s energy levels so they can break free? Miles from home, Jo-Jo then faces a difficult trip to be re-united with all the other gorillas, so make sure you hurry, and solve the puzzles necessary to help the escape – you have just one hour! 

Features of this Escape Room:

  • Contains animal themes and jungle sound effects.

  • Involves problem solving, searching for items and logic puzzles.

  • Has physical challenges including climbing and crawling.

  • Includes use of water which may cause light splashing.

This is such a fun family-friendly adventure that you will want to play it again and again! Try to beat your last performance, and mix up the challenges each member of your team takes on. Maybe try a trickier difficulty level, and even get your photo on our leaderboard! Filled with colour, creativity, and clever puzzles, this is a great choice for younger players or mixed-age groups who want an exciting challenge.

Recommended minimum age: 7+ (parental discretion advised regarding younger children)
Players: 2–6 (we ideally recommend teams of 3-5)
Groups of 2 / 3 / 4 must include at least one adult
Groups of 5 / 6 must include at least two adults
